Private and Duet Sessions are by appointment only.   Appointments are currently available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

  • Rookie Rate!  New to SK Pilates?  Take advantage of 3 Private Sessions for only $150, a savings of $45!  Package available to new clients only.  Must redeem all three sessions within 30 days.  No further discounts apply.

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a unique method of body conditioning performed through safe and controlled movements, with and without apparatus. It targets all of your muscles - particularly those in your abdominals and back. Consistent practice will develop long, lean musculature, increase your flexibility, and improve your balance, posture, and body awareness.
